The process
How we work: strategy, writing, outreach, engagement and reporting
In short
Before we start
"Before I jump out of the plane, I build the parachute."
- A strategic plan: the business goal of your LinkedIn
- Messaging and your competitive edge
- Your unique tone, so every word sounds like you
- The ICP: who your ideal client is, and what keeps them up at night
The first month
Strategy session
ICP, messaging, competitive edge and tone.
Profile upgrade
Headline, About section and banner that speak to the right audience. A great profile without content brings no results, so this is the first step, not a separate service.

Target list
The decision-makers we will reach out to, on tracks that include outbound.
What happens every week
- Writing and publishing: 8 or 12 posts a month, in your voice, after approval
- 5 personal outreach messages every working day (100 a month), conversations managed and meetings booked
- Full track: 5 proactive comments a day on posts by investors, target clients and thought leaders, and replies to every comment on your posts
- Lead and content reports in a shared Monday or Notion board
- A 30-60 minute sync, weekly or bi-weekly
What I need from you
- The sync meeting, depending on your track
- Idea drops on WhatsApp: an insight from a client call, an article you read — send a voice note or a link
- Access to your profile
A 90-day commitment
It usually takes 3-6 months of consistent presence to get meaningful organic leads, sometimes less.
That is why I ask for a 90-day commitment: enough time to build consistency and learn what works with your audience.
Questions about the process
Who actually does the work?
I do. Velut is a boutique agency: I write, reach out and engage myself, and you talk directly to me.
How do I know what is happening?
A shared lead and content report in Monday or Notion, plus a regular sync meeting.
What if I travel a lot or I am swamped?
You can drop ideas as voice notes any time, and the sync is flexible. The work continues during busy weeks.
