LinkedIn management for CEOs and companies: your profile and company page, managed end to end

In short

LinkedIn management means ongoing care of everything that happens on your profile and company page: content, outreach, engagement and measurement. At Velut it includes 8 or 12 posts a month in your voice, 100 personal outreach messages, and on the full track also 100 proactive comments a month and replies to every comment.

What happens when nobody runs your LinkedIn

  • The CEO's profile is silent and the company page posts updates nobody reads.
  • Comments go unanswered and opportunities slip away.
  • Nothing is measured, so there is no way to know what brings clients.

What ongoing management looks like

  • A fixed content calendar, in your voice, approved in the sync.
  • Outreach and engagement that warm up the audience you want.
  • A shared lead and content report, so you see what works.

This is for you if

  • You want one person to own your whole LinkedIn presence.
  • You want your profile and company page to speak the same language.
  • You want to measure success in leads and meetings.

This is not for you if

  • You only need a paid ads campaign.
  • You prefer to write yourself and just need a tool (that's what the platform is for).
  • You can't make time for one sync every week or two.

What ongoing management includes

  • 8 or 12 posts a month on your profile
  • 100 personal outreach messages a month, conversations managed, meetings booked
  • Full track: at least 100 proactive comments a month on posts by investors, target clients and thought leaders, and replies to every comment on your posts
  • Company page management: 8 posts and 100 comments a month (on its own or combined)
  • Reports in a shared Monday or Notion board, and a 30-60 minute sync

A profile upgrade is the first step of every service, not a separate product.

How it works

  1. Strategy & profile

ICP, messaging and tone, plus an upgrade of your profile and company page.

  2. Content

Posts in your voice, approved in the sync, on a fixed calendar.

  3. Outreach & engagement

5 messages every working day and proactive comments in the feed.

  4. Measurement

Lead and content reports, and improvements based on what works.

Personal profile or company page?

The company page matters as an entity: it defines the brand and links to your website. But people get most of the attention. According to AuthoredUp, organic company-page posts are only about 2% of what LinkedIn shows in the feed, and 75% of LinkedIn citations in AI answers come from personal profiles (Meltwater, 2026).

That is why I start with the CEO's profile, and add the company page when it reinforces the same message.

Why Velut

Three engines together

Content, outbound and in-feed engagement in one package. Most providers only sell content.

The writer is the manager

No chain of account managers and copywriters. You talk directly to me.

Full transparency

Shared reports and regular syncs. You always know what is happening.

What determines the price?

I work on a monthly retainer and don't publish prices, because every executive is different. The proposal is built after a 30-minute intro call, based on:

  • Number of posts per month (8 or 12)
  • Whether in-feed engagement is included
  • Whether company page management is included

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between LinkedIn management and ghostwriting?

A ghostwriter is responsible for the posts. LinkedIn management covers your whole presence: content, outreach, engagement, the company page and measurement.

Do you manage the company page too?

Yes. Company page management includes 8 posts a month and 100 comments a month on posts by key people in your industry, on its own or alongside the CEO's profile.

What do you need from me?

A 30-60 minute sync, ideas as WhatsApp voice notes whenever something comes up, and access to your profile.

I got burned by a LinkedIn management company. What's different here?

I run a boutique agency: I write myself, work with few clients and start from strategy, not a template. If it's not a fit, I'll tell you on the intro call.
